The living room is the heart of the villa, featuring a comfortable seating area and a flat-screen TV with international channels and Netflix for relaxing evenings. The open-plan kitchen seamlessly connects, complete with a cooking island, an American-style double-door refrigerator with freezer and ice maker, a wine cooler, dishwasher, induction cooktop, Quooker tap, combination oven, and Nespresso machine. Prepare delicious meals and enjoy them directly in the outdoor spaces.

The villa has four bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, toilet, walk-in shower, sink, and air conditioning for optimal comfort. Three bedrooms have king-size beds (180x210 cm), while the third can be converted into two single beds (90x210 cm). The fourth bedroom, accessible via stairs from the porch, also offers a king-size bed and direct access to the private gym – perfect for fitness enthusiasts who want to maintain their routine.

The 30 m² air-conditioned gym is equipped with dumbbells up to 24 kg, an adjustable weight bench, a Technogym 4 station, an Olympic barbell with 150 kg of weights, a Schwinn elliptical, and a Bodybike spinning bike. Outside, an idyllic porch awaits with a lounge sofa and a tree trunk table for dining, plus an XL Fat Bastard BBQ and a skin-friendly saltwater pool on the private pool deck. Its elevated position above surrounding properties guarantees optimal privacy, with a gentle breeze wafting through the palm trees.
